 If you are in stage right now for this big decision, I am going to help you decide. I will be discussing points here if there’s a need to be full time or just stay in your job. Of course we have different scenarios in life but I hope my points make sense — I must say this is also applicable to anyone or any job you are in now.

Being full-time to your MLM business is having a freedom of your time. You can manage it in your own phase, you control everything and you will expect great results — that is if you are ready. No boss, no pressure! Just you who decide. And just you who reaps the rewards!

Daily J-O-B. Ask these to yourself:


-How many years that I had been working?
-In that span of years, how much is my savings?
-How many times I missed out family events because I need to be at work
-How many times I missed out quality time for my family but I need to report at work since I have overtime?
-Is my monthly earnings enough for my family for the coming years if I still stay at work?
-Why am I working hard but I don’t get the salary that I deserve?
-Why am I working hard but I have not promoted for years, too much politics up there?
-Is this monthly salary enough to secure my family in the future? To have vacation without worrying of budgets?
-Are you happy being in the rat-race? It seems no ending, you get to work, you receive salary, pay bills, no savings then wait another salary.


If you can relate to these scenarios — we cannot change this, this is the reality. You have no options but to stay at work. But if you decide to change the scenarios above, and make strong decision – YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR DESTINY. Move out from the “slavery”. Quitting job is not easy but you should plan. Corporate world is just a culture. In reality, it is not a must to take that path. Make a different step and FIND YOUR OWN SUCCESS.

Still afraid to quit your job? You are afraid because you lack the confidence that you can’t make it. First thing first,believe in yourself that you can make it. If can’t decide now, when do you plan to quit?

What If I won’t be successful. Planning the worst scenario is good. But don’t take much time on negativity. You won’t go anywhere if you are always negative. Always think positive. It’s a mind setting that you’ll gonna be successful. Foresee yourself that you can do it! Just do it! Imagine yourself that your one of the Millionaire Club member in the coming months.

Planning Stage. Save for at least 3-month salary then quit your job. Put up a business or join MLM business. MLM has proven track record of success stories. They quit their job early, now you see them successful. In Vmobile and other MLM business, there’s a lot who find success who can attest to this.

Find your Mentor. Before doing a business, look for someone who is already successful. Make them as mentor. Follow their advices. Duplicate their success. Their success is already proven with results. What they have done will be more or less, the same results you will get. Make them as your benchmark and set your goals to achieve just like what they did.

BE EXPERT IN ONLINE MARKETING.  In the previous topics, I have discussed marketing stuff. But then, what if you have limited friends, limited referrals. Now, take your business globally, go online. Magpa ka expert ka! Look for online coaching, attend webinars and update yourself.
What you know right now is not always enough!

There is huge market online but there is also a great competition. Do you want to dominate your market? Do you want to have unlimited referrals or downline around the world? Then be expert!


Going back to the topic, Yes! Quitting your job and build your own business early is probably the best decision you will make but you should be prepared for it. Be armed with necessary tools, be expert in online marketing  so that you will be confident to face the market competition.If you are ready and expert, you can quit anytime, you can join any MLM business you want, you can go home and be with your family if you are an OFW. Here are 25 tips to success for anyone who is starting their own MLM/Networking Marketing home business. These simple, easy-to-use tips will help you get your business off to a fast start, and put more money in your pocket.

1. When you first get into your network marketing home based business, write out your plans and goals! I'm sure you've heard it said many times before..."Most people

never plan to fail, they simply fail to plan". Take the time to write out your plans and goals. Be realistic, but be tough on yourself. Push yourself. One of my favorite quotes is "What your mind can conceive, it can achieve".

2. Get started immediately. Don't wait for everything to be perfect before you start. That will never happen. Jump in and get started.

3. Treat your mlm/network marketing business as a serious, full-time business, and it will quickly become one.

4. Don't focus your attention on trying to sponsor the "big hitter" who tells you that

they are going to bring in 120 people. Sure, it would be nice, but don't get caught up in the hype and emotion. It takes a team effort.

5. Know that rejection will happen. Not everyone is going to want what you have. There are some people that you could put a huge pile of Gold in their front yard, and they would still walk right on by it. Or, they simply will not believe it's Gold. Don't

get discouraged. There are literally MILLIONS of people wanting what you have.

6. Follow up! This is the single most important factor to your success. You have probably heard that the fortune is in the follow up. People will rarely call you back, but they will join you if you follow up and show them you care about their needs. Call them and ask how things are going...or at least email them. By following up with everyone, you will sponsor new business partners in your network marketing business.

7. Have patience. Big incomes never happen overnight. And this is especially true if you are also working a full-time job somewhere. It may take you a year or two to obtain your income goal and quit your current job. If you knew that you could be doing your home business full-time in only a year from now...would it be worth the wait?

8. Don't give your new reps wild expectations. Let them know what to expect. Always be honest with them.

9. Realize that your mlm business is going to require an investment. Just like a brick and mortar business, your home business is going to require an investment in marketing supplies and tools. Thankfully, network marketing doesn't require you to take out a 2nd mortgage to operate.

10. Don't let anything knock you out of your home based business and cause you to quit. You can only fail in this business if you give up on yourself.

11. Don't mail out samples and materials to a few people and then expect big checks to suddenly appear. Most likely, it will take you a few months to have a steady income coming in.

12. Help the people you sponsor as much as you can. Help them get started. Help them sponsor their first two people by doing 3-way calls with their prospects. Let them know you're there for them and you support them. Teach your new reps the importance of doing the same. That's how you build a team.

13. Don't do things for your reps that they should do themselves. There is a fine line between being helpful, and doing the entire business for them. Understand your downline is going to do what you do. Lead by example. Do all the things that you want your reps to do. Be sure the example you are setting is one that you would want to follow if you were in their shoes.

14. Don't waste time on cynics, or non-motivated people. They will NOT succeed in this business, or any other business for that matter. Trying to drag someone into your business is only going to drain you of all your energy and beat you down. Let them go and move on.

15. Don't whine and complain to your upline every time you have a problem. No one wants to spend time with constant whiners and complainers.

16. Always operate your business in a professional and ethical manner. Don't make false claims about your mlm / network marketing product, or exaggerate your income. Give your prospects the facts and you will build trust. People can be smarter than you think. Most can sniff out if you're being dishonest quickly. Then you have lost your credibility, as well as your prospect.

17. Learn all that you can about your home based business. Stay up to date with everything that is going on. Learn a little about your competitors so that you can answer simple questions about the differences between them. But don't put them to your prospect, no matter how you feel about them.

18. Think BIG! Think big dreams. Set BIG goals. Small thinking producing small results. Live life without putting limits on yourself.

19. Keep in close contact with your new people you sponsor into your network marketing business. Let them know you care and are there to help. Praise your new people who are doing good things. Always at least send an email to them when they sponsor someone new. Let them know they're doing a great job!

20. Always be ENTHUSIASTIC! Smile when you're on the phone. Enjoy yourself and let others feel your enthusiasm for what you're doing. It quickly becomes contagious.

21. When you discover new ways of building your mlm home business, share them with others on your team. Remember...duplication is the key to success in this business.

22. Keep organized with your business. Have a system in place to keep track of those who are testing your product, or thinking about getting started, even if it's just a notebook to write their names in.

23. Listen to tapes, or read books on network marketing and personal development. It will pay BIG dividends as the months go by. Ask any leader in your business about the importance of personal development and they will all tell you the same thing.

24. Don't allow small problems and rejections that arise throw you off and upset you. Think about the positives, and always keep focused on the big picture.

25. Have FUN! People want to be around others who are having fun, be it in everyday life, or your business. Have fun with your home based business. Enjoy yourself, and watch how many others want to be involved in what you're doing.

2. Make your dream board... ilagay ang mga pangarap nyo sa buhay... ang mga nais nating magawa in the future to serve as inspiration and guide....

3. Pag-aralan lahat ng documents about sa business ... study the QUICK GUIDE, TAP Program, PRODUCTS Price List

4. Watch as much as possible the technical video trainings bout our business.. may link na din po tayo para malaman natin kung ano ang MYTURF Program....

5. Copy and Paste the Wallpapers, Photos, Inspirational Messages about our business, and share, post all your contact numbers, so people can reach you...

6. Ask for guidance from your leaders, from your uplines, mentors, kumustahin at ifollow up ang ating mga leaders/TPs/Technousers..

7.Share the business, Push yourself to your bounds, makapag endorse ng 2 minimum for a month, at mararamdaman natin na need na natin kumausap ng mga tao, na hindi tayo dapat tumigil, dahil tayo ang inspirasyon ng mga kasamahan natin... We have our own rarity/uniqueness/strengths to share more of our selves para sa iba...

8. Count all the blessings that we are enjoying, blessings of everything.....

9. Pray extra mile, We go the distance and ask for God's guidance and gift to persevere....the longer the road we traveled by, the more blessings of friendship and self-knowledge, the more blessings we can conquer our bounds....

There is never a right time to save until you commit
yourself to save first before you spend today


Age 21-30 I can’t save now. I’m just getting my start in life. I don’t make a lot yet, and I’m entitled to a little fun while I’m young. There is plenty of time. Wait until I start making a little more. Then I’ll save.
Age31-45 I can’t save now. I’ve got growing family on my hands. Children and a house cost a lot of money. It takes all I have to keep them going. As soon as they are a little older, it will cost less. Then I’ll save
Age 46-55 I can’t save now. I’ve got two children in college. It’s all I can do to pay their expenses. In fact, I had to borrow their tuition this semester. This is the most expensive period of a man’s life. I can’t save a cent
Age 56-65 I can’t save now. I know I should. But things aren’t breaking like they were. It’s not easy for a man my age to step out and get a better job. I’ll have to ride along where I am. Maybe something will break.
Age 66 I can’t save now. We’re living with my son and his wife. I wish I had started saving 20 years ago but it’s too late. You can’t save when there’s no income.

But I think Facebook is one of the most effective way to go. The best thing about it — it’s FREE! While enjoying chatting with your friends, relatives or officemates in Facebook, why not take advantage of this website to promote VMobile. Here are the ways you may follow in order to effectively promote your VMobile business.
1. Post VMobile update on your wall. Gather VMobile latest news around and post in your timeline. Share all good news, such as the M-Power SIM launch, BOM Schedules, even your earnings or payment proof is definitely a good news!
2. ‘Like’ VMobile related links. Probably you may like this articles now and post it to your wall. As soon as friends or prospects login in their Facebook. Your like or shared links will be seen by them in their FB Homepage News Feeds.
3. Comment any queries from newbies or prospects. Being knowledgeable of the VMobile business make your prospects more confident to sign up or transact with you. It also adds your reputation and authority if you keep sharing what you know. They will come back to you and then you will be surprise, one day, they sign up under you without the effort of convincing them. The key is, share what you know.
4. Invite you friends in Team FB Groups. Before doing this, you might ask them first their permission. Always be polite. If you have already added your  friends, they will be updated what’s happening “inside”, they will be nurtured with information and updates especially the benefits and earnings in joining VMobile.
5. Create Facebook Groups. This is very advisable to Team Leaders to keep your team members intact and be updated in one page. BOM schedule, earnings or payment proof are posted here. This is also a place to keep motivating them. As the team leader, always post regularly, always reply to queries and guide newbies alike.
6. Create Fanpage Page. This is like a website within Facebook. This is also a great option since content of FB pages can be read even your prospects do not have Facebook account. Encourage them to like your page. Many likes boost your brand. Some marketers even buy bulk of likes. Even branded products such as Samsung and other gadgets companies have promos on their products by liking their page to boost their brand.
7. Post self motivation or inspiring messages in your wall; Pitch VMobile at end of its message. This will be seen by your friends and prospects. They will be inspired by your quotes, they will have perceptions that you are serious doing the business. By doing this, you are attracting positivity and better outlook in life. You will be surprise, again effortless, they will inquire to you about the business. Its now your chance to pitch and convert that as lead.
8. Chat with your friends. Go with the usual conversation and you may pitch in VMobile and share the blessings to them. Who knows they will be interested, they might be struggling with their current income and share VMobile will solve theirs when they join the business.
9. Photo Tagging. This is sometimes annoying but before doing this, always ask permission to your friends that you are tagging a photo. I recommend to tag those payment proof, investment proof, or success stories photos. This will be posted in their timeline and your exposure is doubled. Always include your name and contacts in the photo and make sure that they are not editable before its virally scattered on Facebook.
10.  Changing your name or company name to VMobile. This is clever one. Cool marketing! Of course your friends will be intrigue with the change of your name, they will ask you, they will inquire. Now, its time to pitch and promote your business. Also, changing your company name to VMobile Technologies Incorporated (OFFICIAL). This will help convince new added friends that you are working with a real business.

I hope these would help you! 

1.) Never mention "VMobile" for sure sasabihin nyan "Alam ko na yan." pero narinig lang sa labas and di pa nakita ang presentation. AKNY lang pala!

2.) Never mention 3,988! iisipin nyan gastos ang pupuntahan nya. Never sasama sayo yan! Anyways libre lang naman ang presentation. So no worries!!!

3.) Wag niyong sabihin na "Loading business" iisipin nyan sari-sari store tyo. Cheap! Haha.. It's better to say "Nationwide loading and franchising business" Mas sossy!!!

4.) Pag tinanong ang product, wag niyong sabihin na "LOAD" again iisipin nyan sari-sari store tayo.. It's better to say "Nag o'offer kame ng lifetime discount sa load." Kase ang pinoy mahilig sa discount!

5.) Pag nagbibigay ng flyers, wag niyo basta basta lang ibibigay.. sabihin nyo "Ma'am/Sir baka po gusto nyo ng discount sa load?" Instead of "extra income" Itatapon lang yan dahil iisipin nyan bebentahan nyo lang sya ng kung anu-anong product.

6.) Get the attention of your prospect. (wrong sent, fake calls etc.) Just pretend that you're busy. for sure ma c'curious yan! parang trailer lang sa movie! Mangungulit yan for sure!

7.) Ask for referrals! One of the most effective way! pag meron kayo prospect na feeling nyo big time and maraming connections, referrals lang ang katapat nyan! Sabihin mo you have a business since alam mo marami syang kilala, baka sakaling matulungan ka nya. again, never mention VMobile, 3,988 and loading business. I'm sure ma c'curious yan! Invite mo na yan!

8.) For outbounds, tell your invite to bring capital. Again never mention VMobile and 3,988. Sabihin mo, "Meron ako business proposal, Im sure maraming may gusto and siguradong maraming sasali.. For sure unahan.. Kaya dala ka ng capital kahit magkano.. Anyways wala naman syang committment if di mo magustuhan sayo parin naman pera mo." Since business ang usapan, malabong magdala yan ng 3k! I'm sure multiple accounts yan

9.) Pag tinanong ka ng invite mo, "Networking ba yan?" sabihin mo "Yun po ba yung pyramiding?? Hindi po.." Mindset kase ng tao kapag networking, pyramding! Which is hindi naman..

10.) Wag na wag mong iisipin na kapag nag invite ka kelangan may pang pay-in yan kase nahihiya ka sa mag ppresent. Guys remember walang committment! And it's all part of the business na meron talagang mga tao na hindi sasali.. Basta isipin nyo kelangan lahat ng kilala nyo ma presentan! wag kayong pumili.. malay mo, yun na pala yon!

11.) Be sincere! maging tao ka lang! Never look too desperate when you invite coz iisipin nyan there's something wrong with your business.. Once again just be sincere! yayain mo lang kung pano ka magyayang manood ng sine and kumain sa labas. Just be yourself!

12.) Be ecxited whenever you invite! Para isipin nya na "THERE'S SOMETHING" with your business! Remember, ino'offer natin sa tao is PAG ASA! And never get dissapointed pag di sila sumali.. SW4! Some will join, some will not, so what! Someone's waiting.. Sasali din yan.. malay mo yung next invite mo, lahat pala sasali.

13.) Pano ka makapag invite instantly? Simple! sabihin mo lang "Pare/Mare, nakikita mo lahat ang mga taong yan? Sa tingin mo lahat yan may cellphone?" sigurado sasabihin nyan "OO" then sabihin mo, "Sa tingin mo kung lahat yan mabibigyan ng discount sa load sa tingin mo papayag sila?" Again sasabihin nyan "OO naman" then sabihin mo "E what if meron akong business proposal sayo and lahat yan kukuha ng load sayo kase discounted?? Papayag ka?" Ayun na! for sure pay in yan!!!

14.) Wag na wag mong iisipin na "walang sasali" and "lahat kasali na" kaya minsan di tayo nakakapag invite.. Iniisip mo walang sasali.. Ikaw nga kasali ka.. Panong walang sasali? Iniisip mo lahat kasali na pero ang dami pang di nakaka alam! Guys, there's no such thing as saturation.. Wag ka lang hihinto.. Meron at meron yan!

And lastly...

15.) Wag lng hayaang basahin ng mga mata mo at ilabas s bibig mo ito.

  • Who is the team leader? Does he or she exibit leadership qualities and is he or she the right kind of mentor for you, the one you feel can lead you to success? Don’t look for goo-roos they are often full of fluff. (I’m being kind here.) A true leader doesn’t lead by words but by action.
  • Is the team using a duplicable system and do you feel comfortable using it?It sometimes happens, that the team leader will dictate exactly how you will have to market your business in order to remain part of the team. If you break out of the mold and try something creative of your own, you’re toast.Trust me, this is NOT the kind of MLM team you want to be on. You want to find a team where you get GUIDANCE on what to do and how to do it, but you still have the freedom to be creative and try some of your own marketing strategies. This is especially important because one day, you are going to be the leader your team will look up to and they want to keep their freedom to try some of their own techniques as well.
  • Is there enthusiasm within the team? I don’t mean ra-ra-shish-ka-bob, rather genuine excitement and a positive attitude. Excitement is contagious; you want to catch that virus because the people you will be talking to about your business, your potential team mates, will sense that and who wouldn’t want to be part of a team of excited and fun people?
  • How about the over-all team atmosphere? Are team members getting along or is there cliquing going on? Are team members supporting each other? Is there a sense of sharing ideas, strategies, experiences a sense of genuinely helping each other?
  • What about team training? Are there exclusive team calls, webinars, product training, prospecting training, personal development training and/or help on how to use company or third party tools? What about help with 3-ways calls? All this is very, very important. The more you can learn from and with your team members the better. We are all motivated, (I hope at least) but learning together in a healthy team environment is so much more fun than learning alone.

    You can never argue with success. For a young organization reaching out to almost one million members in such a short span of time is a living testament to VMobile’s groundbreaking and highly admired empowerment platform. No one in the history of network marketing, around the world, has one company successfully distributed products that people really buy. VMobile’s line up of prepaid products are being “bought”, not sold! Something that other network marketing companies strive to achieve with their hard-to-sell and usually expensive products but fail to do so. We are the pioneers of the universal loading business model and by far, we are the leading and the strongest that it would be an outright injustice to even compare ourselves to newbies and wannabe’s.

    Last year’s financial performance according to what I heard from the grapevine was indeed a cause for all of us to celebrate. This year promises to be no less.

    But deep inside me, I am troubled with some facts and figures on certain areas that we may be overlooking right now and may cause some serious problems in the future. As a networker, I would keep this thought at bay and prop up a positive mindset. But as a business owner myself, I can’t help but be alarmed at the drastic growth of the company that does not tally up with the actual performance on the ground.

    More than 280,000 TP’s today but we only have 17% who are active. And of the combined number of TP’s and TU’s, which is about 900,000 members, only 15% are buying or selling our products. The rest have either abandoned their accounts or were abandoned by their uplines. While the others are still clueless as to why they are here. If we see a decline in the number of performers next year, then it could eventually lead to our demise and the once proud empowerment programs can end up powerless.

    We are not part of the management team. It is their job to plan for and strategize on how to avert a possible collapse. And I am very confident with the leadership of Sir Jun that they already know all this and will know how to deal with it.

    But as proud members of VMobile, what can we do to help the company improve on its overall performance? What can we contribute individually and collectively to ensure that VMobile will be there for generations to come?

    Is it time for us to re-evaluate our own programs and business practices that could be beneficial only for us but detrimental to the company?

    I may be wrong you know. I may have over exaggerated the possible scenarios. However, we are all on the same boat and there is a brewing storm up ahead. No one can say if the dark clouds will dissipate or turn into an ugly monster. But whatever comes up, I think we should all just row our boat in one steadfast motion, one direction, one goal. That goal should be focused on moving towards a direction that will be good for the Company. Because whatever is good for the Company will also be good for us all.

    Always train your downline properly before you let them invite their family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances to join VMobile so that they will be prepared to endure the first challenge they will encounter which is "rejection".

    Remember that there are many forms of rejection.:

    There are people who say "no" directly. Which I appreciate more

    There are people who say "yes" enthusiastically but when you call them back they never answer their mobile phone. 

    There are people who say “yes” to you now but when you see each other again they would reason out so many odd things that may sometimes even sound funny.

    There are people who say “yes” but say bad criticisms about network marketing at your back.

    These are the different forms of rejection and so many more. But again, my advice is still give them your respect. The reason is that, it is not you they attack personally. These may all mean that this is “not the right time for them to join the business”. Thank these people who have rejected you and pray for them. Learn from your past and venture more prospects. Even if you recruit 100 people and only 3 of them signed in, you can make the most out of those 3 persons and develop their leadership skills. 

    Malay mo ang ma recruit mong tatlong tao palang ito ay ma-multiplied into thousands. 

    Above all, always thank God for your blessings and I mean even very small blessings that comes in your way.
